Order Processing

All orders placed on Kangaroo & Co are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. During busy periods such as holidays, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may occasionally take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Kangaroo & Co currently ships across Australia. After processing, orders are typically delivered within 7–12 business days, depending on your location and shipping conditions.

Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time and may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details. From time to time, Kangaroo & Co may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping on selected orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your order. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. Kangaroo & Co cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address submitted during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can assist before your order is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a short description of the issue so our team can review and provide a suitable resolution.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control such as courier delays, severe weather, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
