At Kangaroo & Co, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear or damage caused by the customer may not qualify for a return.

Refund Process
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned after the 5-day return window may not qualify for a refund. All returned products must meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
